The everyday advocacy work of the baby room leader

There is a growing body of literature on leadership and development across the early years sector. It presents four advocacy themes leadership: (1) highlighting impact practice; (2) sharing passion working babies; (3) advocating professional room; (4) challenging discourses stereotypes surrounding those who work room. These represent both current realities opportunities future mobilisation.
